Return & Refund Policy

At Ivory Luxes, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may be eligible for a return or refund in line with UK consumer law. Please read the policy below carefully.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- You have 14 days from the date of delivery to notify us if you wish to return an item.

Items must be:
- Unworn, unused, and in original condition
- With all tags and packaging intact
- Free from makeup, perfume, deodorant, or any signs of wear

2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless faulty:
- Earrings & pierced jewellery
- Lingerie & underwear
- Swimwear (if hygiene seal has been removed or broken)
- Sale/clearance items (unless faulty)
3. How to Return an Item
- Email us at enquiries@ivoryluxe.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return.
- Please include your order number and reason for return.
- Once approved, you will receive return instructions.
- Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- We recommend using a tracked delivery service as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.
- Customers are responsible for the return charges.Β
4. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 14 working days to your original payment method.
- Shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
5. Exchanges
- At present, we do not offer direct exchanges.
- If you would like a different size or style, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
6. Faulty or Incorrect Items
- If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at enquiries@ivoryluxe.co.uk
- We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
- If you havenβt received your refund after 14 working days, please check with your bank or payment provider first.
