Return & Refund Policy

At Ivory Luxes, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may be eligible for a return or refund in line with UK consumer law. Please read the policy below carefully.





1. Eligibility for Returns



  • You have 14 days from the date of delivery to notify us if you wish to return an item.
  • Items must be:
    • Unworn, unused, and in original condition
    • With all tags and packaging intact
    • Free from makeup, perfume, deodorant, or any signs of wear






2. Non-Returnable Items



For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless faulty:


  • Earrings & pierced jewellery
  • Lingerie & underwear
  • Swimwear (if hygiene seal has been removed or broken)
  • Sale/clearance items (unless faulty)






3. How to Return an Item



  1. Email us at enquiries@ivoryluxe.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return.
  2. Please include your order number and reason for return.
  3. Once approved, you will receive return instructions.
  4. Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
  5. We recommend using a tracked delivery service as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.
  6. Customers are responsible for the return charges.Β 






4. Refunds



  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 14 working days to your original payment method.
  • Shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.






5. Exchanges



  • At present, we do not offer direct exchanges.
  • If you would like a different size or style, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.






6. Faulty or Incorrect Items



  • If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at enquiries@ivoryluxe.co.uk
  • We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs.






7. Late or Missing Refunds



  • If you haven’t received your refund after 14 working days, please check with your bank or payment provider first.
  • If the issue persists, contact us at enquiries@ivoryluxe.co.uk and we’ll be happy to help.
