5. Shipping & Delivery

• Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.
• Standard UK delivery typically takes 2-5 working days.
• International shipping may vary. Any customs or import duties are the buyer’s responsibility.

6. Returns & Refunds

• You have 14 days from receipt of your order to request a return under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.
• Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging with tags attached.
• For hygiene reasons, earrings, lingerie, and swimwear (if hygiene seal is broken) cannot be returned.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 working days of us receiving the return.
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

7. Faulty or Incorrect Items

• If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us at enquiries@ivoryluxe.co.uk within 7 days of delivery.
• We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
