Please include your order number and reason for return.

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked delivery service as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 working days to your original payment method.
Shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

If you would like a different size or style, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
